During my two-night stay, I was delighted by the really good food and the warm welcome I received, making it a fantastic base to explore local sites like the fascinating Grassington Folk Museum just a few steps away and the beautiful Linton Falls that's almost a 15-minute walk, both perfect for my love of city strolls and park views.

It was a pleasant place, had really good staff who obviously work so hard to provide the most amazing service too. I booked premier room with a balcony, shower, as for instance which turned out to be a modern room.

The room was cozy, and the super nice team. Food was delicious and they even helped us organize activities. Perfect spot for adventure and relaxation!
One night, a group was really loud in the bar. It was disappointing since the place has such a nice atmosphere otherwise.

The location of Grassington House is perfect, right in the heart of the Market Square. I loved the beautiful décor, which mixes modern luxury with a cozy feel. The bar area is inviting with a warm atmosphere, especially with the woodburner glowing. Our room, Number 8, had chic black, white, and silver colors that created an elegant vibe. We enjoyed the comfy bed and the choice of pillows for a personalized touch, although the towel radiator needed some attention as it didn't warm up properly. For dinner, we tried the Starter Sharing Plate and were impressed by the variety of tapas-style dishes. The Duck and Artichoke Tortellini was a standout. Breakfast the next day was excellent, with homemade items that were delicious. The exterior was quite chilly, as we couldn't use the terrace due to the cold weather. A beautiful stay, with some minor issues that didn't overshadow the enjoyable aspects.

Really good Culinary Experience
The highlight was definitely the dining experience. Each meal was delicious and artfully presented, particularly the homemade marmalade at breakfast. I would have liked to see a few more vegetarian dinner options on the menu.

Couple's Retreat, A Real Treat
We had a late night arrival and Sue was there to greet us. She even offered to dry my wife's damp clothes from the rain, a nice touch. The room was perfect, super cozy, and we had homemade biscuits waiting for us. The breakfast was downright fantastic with their homemade jam, just very nice.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

100% recommend for a brief stopover
Stylish room, comfortable bed, with lovely bed linen and excellent service, as one staff member even went out to get toothpaste for my sick husband while we enjoyed the bar area and the beautiful location was ideal for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
All was flawless.
